Ultra Music Festival concluded its sold-out 25th anniversary celebration at Bayfront Park in Miami, a legacy defining weekend from Friday, March 28 – Sunday, March 30 2025 that paid homage to the festival’s iconic history.
Over three days, the festival welcomed 165,000 attendees from more than 100 countries. Ultra continued its celebrated tradition of broadcasting to millions of Ultranauts around the world with the #ULTRALIVE stream. #ULTRALIVE featured a stacked schedule of performances from multiple stages throughout the weekend, in addition to exclusive curated content like artist and fan interviews. The RESISTANCE Megastructure and The Cove also hosted their own dedicated streams across all three days, welcoming underground music stalwarts to bask in uninterrupted house and techno tuneage.
Many are the highlights of Ultra 2025. On Friday 28, a special mention must go to Afrojack, who welcomed as authentic special guests David Guetta and Sia, who performed together – for the first time live – their global hit “Titanium”; also on Friday, another highlight was John Summit and Dom Dolla‘s set with their collective project Everything Always; all this took place on the main stage, while on the other stages those present were able to enjoy sets by Armin van Buuren, Charlotte de Witte and Chase & Status.
On Saturday 29, the spotlight was on Skrillex, back on the main stage of Ultra for his first solo performance since 2015, where he welcomed in sequence Flowdan, Damian Marley, Young Miko and Naisha; also notable on the main stage were ANYMA b2b Solomun, as well as on the other stages Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Deadmau5 b2b Pendulum, Gesaffelstein and Vini Vici. On Sunday 30 the authentic grand finale with Martin Garrix as the main actor (his was the closing set on the main stage); very much in evidence too were 999999999 and Above & Beyond, Kaskade and Mau P.
Also during its 25th edition, the Ultra Music Festival confirmed its strong focus on sustainability with its Mission:Home programme, with more than 60 initiatives dedicated, for example, to pollution prevention, nature conservation, waste reduction and climate change. As part of the “Leave No Trace” project, Ultra once again collaborated with Clean Vibes to keep the grounds where the festival was held clean and sort the waste, with the aim of achieving 100 per cent recycling for the fifth consecutive year.
Ultra Music Festival will return with its 26th edition, always in Miami, always at Banfront Park, from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 March 2026. Tickets already on sale at this link.
