Milano‘s electronic summer never ends! Saturday 21st September 2024 (from 4.30 pm) the Ippodromo SNAI celebrates the return of Afterlife, one of the most eagerly awaited events, produced by Social Music City, Zamna and Vivo Concerti.
Afterlife will make its return to Milano almost a month after the end of its Thursday residency at Hï Ibiza, and after sold-out shows in Paris, London, New York and Buenos Aires and a record 65,000 attendances in Mexico City. Afterlife combines music, visual arts and atmospheric settings, creating a profound atmosphere engaging the audience with great intensity. It is an event that always experiments and is on the cutting edge, thanks to a defined, coherent and distinctive identity.
Saturday 21st Afterlife line-up will propose Tale of Us, founders of the event, together with Mind Against, Massano and Olympe. During the event there will also be space for two spectacular performances: ANYMA presents Genesys and MRAK presents We Don’t Follow, the respective solo projects of Matteo Milleri and Carmine Conte, the two members of Tale of Us duo.
Few artists have had and are having such a decisive impact on the global electronic scene as Tale of Us, authentic pioneers of a musical genre and a new concept of declining a set, an evening, a festival. Their music is constantly evolving, always characterized by a high standard of quality and undisputed artistic integrity.
ANYMA‘s music is accompanied by immersive and innovative performances, digital audiovisual elements interacting with reality and creating a unique visual identity. At Afterlife Milan he will present Genesys, a project of the same name as his album released in 2023. MRAK combines futuristic lighting technologies and harmonies derived from analogue machines, moving between improvisations, modulations and digital sequences, giving a performance with a cinematographic flavour, suspended between innovation and experimentation.
Mind Against have always had a very deep musical approach, always emotional and always present in the global electronic scene; their latest single ‘Love Seeking’ is confirmation of an increasingly consolidated talent. Massano‘s sound is always incisive, full of powerful riffs, with several important releases to her credit, above all those for the Afterlife label, each time able to amaze with her melodies; Olympe‘s sets move between deep tech, indie dance and melodic techno; she came to electronica very early on, playing at absolute festivals such as Awakenings and Tomorrowland.
