Pablo Fierro is back at Club Chinois, for his and the club’s third illustrious year together, with his fabled ‘WE’RE HERE’ Friday residency, every Friday from May 24th to October 11th.
As a haven of decadence and Asian luxury, yet with an ethos of inclusion and diversity, Club Chinois is the perfect setting for the jewel that is ‘WE’RE HERE’ and the Spanish DJ/producer’s signature blend of multicultural background – Latin and Afro house permeating his globally revered music which includes house, jazz rhythm and soul – and humanitarian activism.
Fierro’s ‘WE’RE HERE’ launched in 2019, rapidly becoming a worldwide party night and passionate celebration of life. He’s toured the world’s biggest festivals and venues, collaborated with names like Black Coffee, Osunlade and Louie Vega, earning critical acclaim and success with a succession of chart-topping tracks. This experience has come to fruition in his Club Chinois residency, with a carefully curated collection of superb guest artists including returning and new names. For the Opening Party on May 24th, Pablo Fierro will be joined by Sasson, Hvmza, Modkase and percussionist Martin Viana.
Back for more are Iberican Sound and organic house pioneer, Spain’s Chus; France’s Apache, with the fusion of African and Ancient culture with Latin Jazz and slow tech that is ‘Spiritual House’ and loveable Super-house hip hop influenced German duo Andhim. The whirl of diversity in every sense continues with a range of debuts, including US Grammy nominee Todd Terry, Afro House mavens like Sony Music-backed Vanco (SA) and Cincity (NL) hitting the big festivals (Tomorrowland etc), celebrating her African roots; plus Columbian talent Eli Rojas, Fell Reis (LNOE alum), Nickodemus whose Afro influence blends with Latin and Eastern house, Angola’s DJ and TV host Afro Pupo, and newer names like Swiss trio Mont Rouge, the italian dj and producer Simone Vitullo (Go Deeva Records) and Maik Miroux, Ibiza local, world name, with his Balearic tech/house.
